I have gone through some pretty rigorous interviews (CIA & Accenture) so I think I can agree with this list of 50 commonly asked interview questions.

Out of that list, these are the ones I have encountered most often:

• 18. Explain how you would be an asset to this organization

• 22. What is your greatest strength?
• 24. Why do you think you would do well at this job?

I also got one that didn’t make the list. “Tell me about a conflict you have had with a coworker and how it was resolved.” Make sure you answer the “how was it resolved” part by showing your ability to work with those whose opinions differ from your own.
