The key to planning a big date is the location or activity. The old dinner and a movie is ok on occasion, but not for a big date.
- Look for natural beauty - Maybe a restaurant with a view of the sunset or a good place with a view of the city where you can hang out
- Try a new part of town - if you are in your hometown, try a new part of the city. new sites and a new restaurant is always enjoyable.
- Free attractions - museums and a zoo or aquarium is a cheap or free thing to do besides a movie.
- Eat dinner differently - examples are a dinner cruise or a picnic. See what is offered in your area.
- Fine arts - check your local venues and see if there is a play, ballet or concert that you can go to. It doesn’t matter if its not a big name play or concert, it will still be fun.
