There are a number of things that frustrate you when you look at your inbox. Keep yourself from being the useless forward guy or the email rambler by reading about the 7 deadly sins of email.

- Inappropriate subject line
- Content that is too long or just rambles on
- Attaching huge files
- Unnecessary reply
- No signature file
- Poor use of language
- Failure to respond promptly or not at all
Another that you might want to avoid are hitting reply all when unnecessary. And very soon people will not want you to send out mass emails where anyone can see their email address. So if you are sending a mass email, consider a bcc.
