Google A Coupon Before You Buy

Most people skip over it after they enter their credit card information. It is a little box that says “Promotional Code” or something of that nature. If you enter a code here then you get some sort of discount.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET WITHOUT GOOGLING FOR A COUPON FIRST!

Before I click submit I always open up a new tab (or window for Internet Explorer users) and google “that company” coupon. Almost every time you will come across a site like Happy Coupons or Deal Taker that has a small little code that can get you 10% off or free shipping. You pay nothing and all you have to do is copy that code and past it in the “Promotional Code” box. Make this part of your internet shopping routine even if you are doing something like buying furniture or renting a car.

For example, the other day I was placing an order with Canvas-On-Demand but before I placed the order I googled “canvas on demand coupon” and found coupon codes for 10% off and free shipping. Definitley worth my 30 seconds…
