I took a nap this weekend and ended up feeling even more tired than before I napped. According to this article the ideal time for a nap is 20 minutes. If you are going to go longer than 20 minutes, then you should wait until 50 minutes to wake. Or you could just use this alarm clock to wake you exactly when you need it. Reading the article is cheaper though.
